  The service was fantastic...I brought a beautiful piece of jewellery but it broke they went out of there way to replace even though the manufacture wouldn't do the right thing.. ..I cant recommend it highly enough.

  After searching high and low around Perth for a beautiful engagement ring, but not finding one we liked, we went for a holiday in Busselton and happened to walk past a little jewellery store. In the window we saw the perfect engagement ring (and at a great price)! I tried on the ring and really loved it, although it was slightly too big and needed to be resized. Normally the rings take a few days to resize, but we were heading back to Perth the following morning. The team called around a couple of their local suppliers, and was able to find a supplier that could resize the ring that evening for me. And then after we purchased the ring, we were given a lovely, surprise gift from the team at INKAS. Sheree and the team were so kind and helpful and really went out of their way to help us. They made that special time in our lives even more special, and for that we sincerely thank you.

  Happened to be walking past today thinking about getting a watch when their multiple seiko and citizen watches caught my attention.
  After a few minutes browsing i was approached by one of the ladies working there.
  I had a million questions such as type of movement, drive (spring/motor/etc), winding/charging, band recommendations etc.
  All up we probably discussed watches for a solid 10 minutes before I left to do some research.
  When I came back to make a purchase i was served by another lady who dutifully showed me exactly how to set the date & time.
  They then swapped again while the band was adjusted for a perfect fit, right there in store.
  They were both wonderfully conversational and well versed in their product.
  No question was too hard to answer and despite being a rather expensive purchase, I feel as though I've made a fully informed purchase with no pressure but all the service you could reasonably ask for in a retail store and all of it right before closing time.
