  Rang several times and a consultant will ring you back. Never happens! Asked about training for career transition assistant program and they couldn't answer me. That was a month ago and they were going to get back to me. Never happened. Will not answer calls on friday afternoons after 4.30 even though they are open till 5. Goes to messages every time. Where is the service? What do they do to get funded by the government? Very little from my experience.

  Would give half a star if I could. Poor service quality and doesn't do anything to actually help. Also being on hold for longer than a half hour only to be put back on hold is utterly ridiculous.

  There has not been a single time where I have had an interview on time, without fail I have to wait half an hour to 45 minutes to see someone for less than 5 minutes, no resect whatsoever for your time, even in an interview if they offer you a course or job it won't go anywhere if you say yes, I think everyone involved in the jobseeker process knows it just a formality that really only exists to make you jump through hoops untill you fail enough times to get kicked off income support.

  Skill hires has been very supportive in helpful in helping me get back into the work industry, to where I can look back on myself for I have created and encouraged myself to participate in a course that they have provided for people that are in a unemployed system I'd like to say thank you very much yours faithfully...

  No understanding from skill hire workers,they will hang up on you for expressing your situation and take it personally,they say they want to get people employed but then take 4 months over glasses my partner needs to be able to drive and work!!
